This storylet unlocks with Persuasive at 70 but individual options all require that one be A Person of Some Importance. Most of the options in this storylet allow one to accumulate specific items necessary for the acquisition of the more expensive items obtained in the Bazaar Sidestreets.

A Reputation of Some Importance: Legendary Charisma
When you enter a room, everyone turns. When you are speaking, the room falls silent. Your rivals have been known to interrupt you, but they rarely do so twice. You may select one exceptional specialisation for your Person of Some Importance quality. This will cost two points of Notability, and is only available when your base, unmodified Persuasive is at least 200. You can change it later. Note that you need either a Frock or a Suit, not both!
