Gaining passage (a Route Quality) to the Labyrinth is opened by 5000 x Rat on a String when your Dangerous quality is high enough. You can also visit the Labyrinth temporarily through The Ways of the Labyrinth of Tigers Opportunity Card. (The Labyrinth of Tigers is most interesting for those who have Dangerous 85+.)
The Labyrinth is separated into different areas called "coils". On gaining passage, you begin at the Public Entrance of the Labyrinth. You'll need to work hard and smart to be granted access to deeper coils of the Labyrinth.
The storylets available to you change depending on which coil you are in and whether or not you are involved in a story. The links below will jump to a new page describing the storylets in the several areas of the Labyrinth.
